An audio conferencing service is the means of making a conference call which makes the client user interaction simple and easy. There are basically two types of audio conferencing service packages. They are:
Dial-In Conferencing Service - This type of service simply involved participants dialing a pre-designated telephone number allocated to them while they are making the registration. Once the access number dialed, participants needs to enter a pass codes and then enter the conference. There will be two different codes given one will be the moderator code and the other will be the conferee code. Without these codes no one can enter into the conference. Moderator will be acting as a main person and the conference will not start until the moderator code is punched in. so he takes the role of an administrator and he has the complete control over the conference.
Dial-Out Conferencing Service – This type of service comes into consideration or use when the company people don’t want their clients to pay anything for attending the conference. If they do not want the clients to pay bill then the conference call providers can dial out for you but you have to book the mail by sending a mail or calling them one hour in advance and providing them with the numbers you want to dial out for making or planning a conference.
